Finally getting around to the review of Sparks, an old school steak house and notorious location of a high profile Mob rub out right on the street in front of the lobby! Anyway, we had one of the best tasting, best cooked steaks of our steak tour career! Perfect light char, perfectly done inside (medium rare) Beautiful cut, just the right marbling, balance and aged delight! The sides were solid but not outstanding as was their version of schlag on the cheesecake. All in all a very good experience and a top contender of King o Steaks, oh yea In addition to paying for this great dinner cause the Red Sux are an unreliable and shitty team, Grant won a Victoria Secret contest and instead of giving the stuff to Coop, wore some of the stuff to the restaurant.
The nighty was a bold move in purple lace and intricate weaving, quite tasteful but still revealing. The thong was several sizes too small though and even with an unusually warm December, it must have been really drafty. The other diners did not appreciate the runaway testicles or matted leg and pubic hair on the surrounding area.

Tom is a lazy reviewer and just comes up with lame attempts at jokes to cover it up. I have to agree, this was the thickest and most perfectly cooked steak I've had yet. It was quite crowded and noisy in the huge dining rooms, and our server had too many tables to attend to, so the service was lacking a bit. Fuck you Tom, Sox are having a great off season and making moves!
